Wagwear is happy to ship to most countries outside the United States. If you are a customer in Australia please visit the Australian Wagwear website for direct Wagwellies ordering.  If you are looking to order other merchandise that is available only on our U.S. site, please note that international orders do not include customs duties or fees, which may be required by your country upon entry.  Please note that international shipments from the U.S. are required to be sent via express shipping services, they do not qualify for free shipping, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this time we do not offer exchanges on international orders and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers are also responsible to ensure that addresses on orders are correct as Wagwear is not responsible for shipments Returned to Sender due to address errors or shipping to a location that does not accept international packages.
