We ask that you allow up to 5 days for processing an order. However, most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends. All orders (including express shipping) placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Transit times are carrier and location dependent, please check tracking details for order updates. Please allow additional processing and transit time during holiday seasons.

Most orders with standard shipping are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Please. If you require shipping via a specific carrier please contact customer service before placing your order to request a change. Certain carriers may incur additional charges.  Once an order has been picked and labeled we are not able to change the carrier but we will do our best to ensure your package reaches you.
